In my real estate practice I handle the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, development, and tax free exchanges (IRC 1031). I handle residential and commercial properties.

Estate Planning

In estate planning I prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, family limited partnerships, family LLC's, gifting plans, and estate administration.

Business Law

For business law, I set up and advise corporations, partnerships, LLP's, LLC's, and various shareholder agreements.
